Lady Gaga is the queen of self promotion, and without any doubt her self-described performance artist outfits and appearances on stage are effective at getting her photos published everywhere. I am told her music is good, and that she is a formally trained musician. I am certainly not one to judge her talent as I pay little attention to her style of music, but I do admire her as a business woman. She is as good as it gets at generating PR.
